Yes, we know.  Traditionally, Pousse Cafe has nothing to do with coffee.   But then Nick Castrogiovanni was more about innovation than tradition. His 34 layer pousse cafe is a legend of mixology achievement.  And the only coffee he served was Irish.

 

We will be opening The Pousse Cafe adjacent to Nick's Original Big Train Bar in fall of 2020.

The Pousse Cafe will feature the finest coffee, knowing the high standards of New Orleans,  and desserts, layered with flavor (and spirited lagniappe, if you so choose.)
